MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Place 1 level scoop in glass, add 8 fl.oz./1 cup water, stir and drink. ULTIMATE ORANGE mixes quickly with a few stirs of a spoon. There is no need for a blender.
To fill 16 fl.oz. water bottle - place 2 scoops in water bottle, half fill with water, shake vigorously, and then fill to top with water.
